HPL Facade
HPL Facade
The HPL ventilated Facade construction system includes an HPL panel attached to a building back wall with a metal substructure. This keeps the façade from getting too hot or too cold.
As the name suggests, an exterior facade – a high-pressure laminate sheet is the right product for exterior cladding applications made with high pressure and heat. Due to the hardened resins used to make HPL cladding, it is well protected from the weather. UV resistance makes High-Pressure Laminate Exterior Cladding a good choice for buildings that need ventilation louvres and vented facade cladding.
For exterior walls, we make HPL Panels that have both sides covered in decorative materials, so they look good on both sides, too. Reinforced with cellulose fibre, these rigid homogenous panels are made with a thermosetting resin. Protecting your home from the sun’s rays is better if you use acrylic. It has a density of 1.45gms/cm3. HPL panel is very durable, resistant to damage, and doesn’t need substrate support with more than 6mm thickness.
When you use HPL ventilated Facades, you get the following benefits:
The insulation material still does a good job keeping the heat in. Homes now cost less to heat. Because of the HPL facade boards, rain can’t fall on the insulation. some things can be done to stop the spread of fire. In the ventilated facade system, the materials that make it up are classified as non-flammable or fire-resistant. This stops the spread of flames in the event of a fire.
